Just got back from a few weeks paddling around the state and I'm looking for some recommendations for spring-fed rivers that are still flowing well in the winter months. I know some of the bigger ones like the Withlacoochie and the Hillsborough can be a bit hit-or-miss, but I'm open to suggestions. Anyone have any favorites for this time of year?
