Just got back from a few days kayaking through Crystal River and I'm still buzzing about the massive manatees we saw basking in the warm springs. If you're planning to head there this winter, be sure to grab your snorkel gear and hit up Three Sisters Springs - it's like being in an underwater wonderland with these gentle giants. We also spotted a few at Blue Spring State Park, which is totally worth checking out if you're new to the area.
