Just got back from my annual winter manatee cruise and I'm still buzzing about it. The best time to see these gentle giants is usually between November and March, but if you're looking for a more relaxed experience try visiting in January or February when they're at their most active in the springs. One of the top spots I always recommend is Three Sisters Springs near Crystal River - it's a real treat to see them gliding through the crystal-clear waters.
