Just got back from a trip to Crystal River and I'm still buzzing about the manatee spotting - went with my family on a guided tour and we saw loads of them, but only because our guide knew when and where to look. Anyone else have tips on best times to see them in the area? We were there in February and it was great, but I've heard it's even better during the winter months when they congregate around the Three Sisters Springs.
